Mind Beyond works with a variety of companies including marketing agencies, lifestyle brands, hospitality groups and financial institutions to bring mindfulness programmes into the workplace. We offer a foundational mindfulness training program as well as customised programmes to meet the specific needs of a particular team or project.

In each session participants learn mindfulness tools and techniques that can be practically applied and actioned immediately. Our simple four step process ensures that we are able to develop a mindfulness training programme that is based on research, key insights, and an in-depth understanding of your business.

 

1. ASSESS

Every organisation is faced with a unique set of challenges,  which is why we believe in research based solutions. In an initial assessment we work with  key stakeholders to understand the business objectives, company culture, current needs and training priorities. We utilise a variety of research methods including interviews, on-site visits, employee surveys, and data analysis.

 

2. CREATE

Following the process of research and assessment, we begin the process of creating a mindfulness training programme proposal outlining our research findings, key insights and recommendations. We appreciate that no one understands your company better than you so we will work with you to refine our proposal following your feedback and establish clear KPIs for each stage of the training process. Our aim at is to create a training program that has clear objectives and fully accommodates the needs of the business.

 

3.ACTIVATE

Once we have created your customised mindfulness training programme, it is time to activate. Each training session is an interactive and highly engaging experience led by a qualified mindfulness expert and facilitator. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their personal and professionals goals and will  learn a range of simple yet effective mindfulness tools and techniques that can be actioned immediately.

 

4. REVIEW

We recognise and respect that any form of training is a business cost that requires evidence of effectiveness and a clear return on investment. Following each training session we dedicate time to collecting feedback from each participant. All feedback forms are then analysed to ensure we are addressing the needs of employees as well as our achieving our set KPIs and meeting your overall business objectives.
