Today's hyperactive and attention-demanding world makes self reflection no easy task. With so many of us rushing through our day, it’s no wonder we are becoming more disconnected from ourselves and our dreams. We simply don't have time to think about the bigger picture.

In this Creating Change workshop, we will explore how it is possible to overcome the daily habits and mental barriers that prevent you from creating long-term change and achieving personal and professional success. Discover how you can let go of limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours so you can consciously direct your energy and focus on moving towards your goals with inspired action.

We will share simple mindfulness techniques to help you get clear on your goals and what is holding you back from moving forward.

The workshop will cover a number of areas including:

  • Developing Self-Awareness
  • Mindful Goal Setting

  • Habits for Success

  • Mastering Self-Discipline

  • Overcoming Limiting Beliefs

  • Taking Action 

This is an interactive and collaborative session, led by Mind Beyond Founder and mindfulness expert , Amber Jane McCormick. You will have the opportunity connect with others in a safe space and reflect on the type of change you would like to cultivate within your own life. 

In order to create an intimate and interactive session, group numbers will be kept to a minimum.
