Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, rather than overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis.
In this Mindfulness Masterclass, we will explore the key areas of mindfulness and how they can be practically applied to daily life to improve professional performance and cultivate a greater sense of mental well-being.
The workshop will cover a number of areas including:

- Improving Focus and Clarity
- Mindful Leadership
This is an interactive and collaborative session includes basic mindfulness practices and tips that participants can start using beyond the session and is preparatory to our extended five session Mindfulness training series.
